Happy New Year!

Welcome to 2022!

Yes, the Earth has completed yet another circuit around its parent star, which we humans place significance in. The last couple of revolutions have been rather unsatisfactory for many of us, myself included. As many of you know, it's been particularly rough for me, as I made the agonizing choice of marriage vs. transition.

This year will be different.

This year is about transformation. Hormones. Voice training (continued). House rennovation (really fixing up all broken stuff). Wardrobe.

Even the stream will see some changes... and a return of old things in a new way? Ask Alyce for Another will be back. Ask Alyce Anything will return and be expanded. Chunky Monkey has agreed to edit a video for YouTube. If it works out, we'll be working on doing some amazing things on that platform.

In the near future, I'll be setting a new schedule, with the INTENT of sticking to it. Be on the lookout for that in the next few days. I say "intent" with emphasis because I'm human, and I'm still learning. But I very much want to keep pushing the stream towards being more of a business, and I recognize that comes with some responsibilities.

I wouldn't be where I am today without the support (silent or otherwise) of each and every person reading this blog. I intend to have a schedule for blogging as well. Either 2 or 3 blogs a week. I haven't completely settled yet.

Anyway, for now, my eyes grow weary. All I can say now is good night. It's almost midnight CST. After I sleep, and when I awake, it will be a new year. Just remember, each of you, that while the new year is a special time, ANY time can be a time to improve your life. It doesn't need to be a special moment like the new year.
